are manufactured under the most stringent quality control systems
in full accordance with the requirements of ISO 9002: 1994.
It is the policy of Tower Manufacturing to comply with the requirements
of the Environmental Protection Act, 1990, Environmental Act, 1995,
and other relevant legislation, and to adhere in its operating practises
and in product design to appropriate environmental standards set
by Government and other organisations.
All goods are sold on the express understanding that the customer
is aware of the requirements and provisions of the Health and Safety
at Work etc. Act 1974.
Health and Safety Data Sheets where applicable are available on
request. Products requiring mandatory Product Data Sheets are supplied
at the time of purchase.
While every care is taken to ensure that goods offered for sale
by the Company comply with the above Act when properly used, the
company cannot accept any liability or responsibility in the event
of misuse by the customer or any other person to whom the good may
pass.
It is important that the products concerned should be installed,
commissioned and maintained by, or under the supervision of, competent
persons in accordance with the following:
- IEE Regulations for the Electrical Equipment of Buildings
- Approved Codes of Practice
- Statutory Requirements
- Any instruction specifically advised by Tower Manufacturing
